Terms of Use

The short version

• MenuLynx is a hosted SaaS — we run the infrastructure, you manage your menu.
• You are responsible for the content you publish on your menu page.
• We offer a 1-week free trial; after that the service is subscription-based.
• You can cancel at any time — contact us and we will delete your menu and data.

1. The service

MenuLynx provides a hosted digital QR-menu platform accessible at menulynx.com and its subdomains. By registering an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at menulynx.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu content (item names, descriptions, photos, and other materials) you upload. By uploading content you grant MenuLynx a licence to host, display, and serve it to your menu's visitors. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MenuLynx to:

• Publish illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the platform's availability or security.

5. Trial and billing

New accounts receive a 1-week free trial with full access to all features — no card required. After the trial period, the service is available by subscription at 19.90 €/month on a 1-year term. We will confirm pricing before any charge is made. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started; see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. No warranty

MenuLynx is provided “AS IS”. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, although we do our best to maintain high availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenuLynx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
