The short version

• We collect only what is needed to run your menu and account.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site or on menu pages.

What data we collect

• Account data — your shop name, contact name, and email address, provided when you register.
• Menu content — items, prices, photos, descriptions, and theme settings you enter in the dashboard.
• Usage data — standard server logs (request timestamps, IP addresses, pages visited) to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

• To host and serve your menu at <shop>.menulynx.com.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.

Your customers

MenuLynx menu pages do not require customers to log in or provide any personal information. We do not set tracking cookies on menu pages. The only data collected from visitors is standard HTTP server logs (IP, browser, page path) retained briefly for security purposes.

GDPR

MenuLynx serves restaurants in the EU (primarily Greece) and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. As a data processor, we act on your instructions and do not independently use your customers' data. You remain the data controller for your menu content. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure), email menulynx.app@gmail.com.

Data retention

We retain your account and menu data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data promptly (within a few weeks), except where legally required to retain it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
